چکیده

This paper proposes an Along-Track Swarm Synthetic Aperture Radar (ATS-SAR) system to accomplish the high frame rate and enhance imaging resolution simultaneously. Unlike current along-track Multistatic SAR (Multi-SAR), each platform of proposed ATS-SAR only collects part aperture data. Then, bistatic pair acquisitions are transformed into virtual monostatic sub-apertures, a large is combined in short time. Considering practical motion state difference individual platform, various echo models thoroughly investigated established. Furthermore, Sub-Aperture Collaboration Imaging algorithm for (SACIm-ATS) based on sparse constraints also proposed. An effective phase compensation function designed improve sparsity by homogenizing echo. compressed sensing method can be utilized accurately estimate more azimuth data, obtaining higher resolution. Simulations real measured experiment carried out verify effectiveness SACIm-ATS algorithm. Compared with state-of-the-art algorithms, significantly performance.

Along-track motion compensation approach for airborne wide-beam SAR based on sub-aperture processing

Introduction: Motion compensation (MoCo) is one of the key steps to gather well-focused images for airborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR). For SAR systems operating at low frequencies, e.g. the VHF/ UHF band, wide-beam processing is needed in MoCo to deal with the angular dependent motion error. Therefore, a sub-aperture MoCo algorithm was proposed [1] to compensate for the motion error across...

Sparse Representation-Based SAR Imaging

There is increasing interest in using synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images in automated target recognition and decision-making tasks. The success of such tasks depends on how well the reconstructed SAR images exhibit certain features of the underlying scene. Based on the observation that typical underlying scenes usually exhibit sparsity in terms of such features, we develop an image formation...

Measurement of slow-moving along-track displacement from an efficient multiple-aperture SAR interferometry (MAI) stacking

Multiple-aperture SAR interferometry (MAI) has demonstrated outstanding measurement accuracy of along-track displacement when compared to pixel-offsettracking methods; however, measuring slow-moving (cm/year) surface displacement remains a challenge. Stacking of multi-temporal observations is a potential approach to reducing noise and increasing measurement accuracy, but it is difficult to achi...
